This is where it all happens.
A thousand square metres of workshop where a drawing becomes a piece of furniture: cutting, drilling, edging, assembly, finishing. No stage of the work leaves these walls.
Vertical panel saw

The first cut of every project. The panel stays upright against the frame: it can be moved without lifting it, cut straight without its own weight bending it, and the measurement is right from the very first piece.
Sliding table saw

Where pieces are cut to size and where the angled cuts are made — the ones that let thicknesses disappear into a 45° corner. We have two identical machines: while one is tied up on a job, the other is free for the next.
Edge bander
Homag
Applies and trims the edge on every visible side. The coils sit behind the machine — veneers, lacquers, plain colours — matched to the panel job by job. The difference between industrial and bespoke furniture often shows exactly here: one continuous edge, no joints.
CNC machining centre
Morbidelli 5-axis
The heart of the floor. The head tilts and rotates on five axes, so it can rout, drill, and shape the sides and angles without the panel being moved and repositioned: fewer set-ups means fewer accumulated errors, and shapes that would not be repeatable by hand.

Morbidelli 4-axis
Works the full sheet flat on the bed: drilling, grooving, and cutting the parts out one after another without lifting them. This is the machine for repeat work, where what matters is that the hundredth piece is identical to the first.
Wide-belt calibrating sander
Viet
Brings every panel to its exact thickness — to a tenth of a millimetre — and prepares the surface for finishing. It's the step you feel under your fingers before you see it.
The woodworker's bench
Next to the machining centres the bench is still there, with the machines that have always been part of the trade. Its top is marked by decades of work, and whatever needs a woodworker's eye and hand still gets done on it.
